  1. Project name: THEHONEYHEY
  2. The project’s purpose is to save the bees by financing and supporting beekeepers around the world.
  3. The name our non-profit organization is „The Initiative for Intercommunity Cooperation and Development„ name represented by the acronym „ICDI”, in the present status being called association. 
  4. Goal:

        1.  Economical development 
          1. The identification of the needs and the transfer of theoretical and practical knowledge implementation at an international level, to support the local strategic process, theoretically based in the economical domain and taking into account the social, cultural, and environmental aspects of the local/regional development.
          2. Promoting the public consensus and making responsible at the local level to the reforms and development strategies by creating a common land for understanding, encouraging cooperation between the public and private sectors, and concluding public-private partnership.
        2. The enhancement of development programs impacts offering knowledge, identifying potential risks, the direction the assistance, and going up to the level of local communities.
          1. Initiating the effectuation and supporting the elaboration of documentation necessary to access funds non-refundable for local and regional development.
          2. Promoting communities and the local potentials of development, through activities that are consistent with the geographical, ecological, and cultural characteristics by using human and natural existing resources.
          3. Promoting the creation of metropolitan areas which include adjacent cities and municipalities, as an ideal logistical unit of planning and implementation of development projects, particularly in the infrastructure development field.
          4. Strengthening and mobilization of local communities by creating some partnerships between local actors: civic organizations, local public administrations, businesses sector, and other local institutions.
          5. Promoting entrepreneurial culture and the support of the development of a dominant sector of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) as a contribution for achieving sustainable economic development, including the environmental protection, the competitiveness of the economy and of the industries in the context of globalization, creating jobs and reducing unemployment, improving the life standard; developing the middle class and the democracy.
          6. Initiating and implementing programs of information and educating people and the generation of decision-making skills at the level of demand (in the sectors of consumption) to participate of consumer in the economical process as participating responsible and informed.
          7. Promoting rural economical development by supporting the cooperation of the entrepreneurs in rural areas, such as through continuing assistance given to all types of rural entrepreneurs.
        3. Environmental Protection
          1. The awareness of the public on issues related to climate changes, to energy conservation and energy efficiency; the methods of dissemination and appropriate technologies
          2. Conserving the biodiversity and the ecosystems specific to the natural bio-geographical framework.
          3. Promoting biodiversity conservation, the use and the sustainable management of biodiversity in the ecosystems, including agro-biodiversity.
          4. The management of protected areas of any type.
          5. The realization of projects of sustainable development of communities around the protected areas.
          6. Promotion of alternative instruments to ensure subsistence in local communities around the protected areas.
          7. The elaboration of viable ecotourism schemes from an ecological point of view.
          8. The prevention and the control of degradation of water essential habitats (wetlands) which support the biodiversity.
          9. Sustainable use of natural resources
          10. Promoting and ensuring of the implementation of the Aarhus Convention concerning the access to information, the public participation in taking-decision and the access to justice in environmental matters.
          11. The improvement of the environmental factors and the preserving of natural resources by stimulating the adoption of a way of life eco-conscious among the population.
          12. The change of the consumer behavior, of groups of interests in different fields in order of their involvement in the improving of the quality of the environment.
          13.  The enhancement of the information and environmental awareness of the population.
          14. Promoting the implementation of ecological standards in economic activities of any kind.
          15. Promoting implementation of environmental policies in the management of public administrations.
          16. Promoting health in relation to the environment.
        4. The Modernization and the Efficiency of Local Administrations
          1. Promoting the modernization and efficiency of local public administrations, by know-how transfer, by training programs, by initiating collaboration with organizations, companies, universities, etc.., and the access to European and international resources.
          2. Initiating and supporting partnerships developed between public administrations at regional and zonal levels in order to realize common projects.
          3. Initiating and supporting the development of projects related to development, at local, regional, and zonal levels, under the public-private partnership.
          4. Improving transparency and accountability to the development activities, contributing to a proper climate for good governance.
        5. European Cooperation
          1. Bringing information concerning the European Union closer to the needs and interests of the public in Romania, to prepare him for the purpose of responsible and informed participation in the process of European development.
          2. Bring information as close to the interests and the requirements of the public, both local and regional level.
          3. Adapting specialized European information for the level of understanding, interests and requirements of various target groups: professional organizations, youth, children, rural populations, minorities, etc.
          4. Stimulating the public debate concerning the values of the European Union.
          5. The development of local networks and/or in external cooperation dedicated to Europe informing.
        6. Promoting and preserving traditional cultural values
          1. The preservation and the popularization of traditions of material and spiritual popular art.
          2. Preserving and promoting the habits, traditions and popular handicrafts.
          3. Organizing and implementing actions to promote the Romanian popular art outside de border.
        7. Ethno-cultural diversity
          1. Supporting the social inclusion of the persons and of the marginalized groups or which are found in the risk of being economically, socially or politically marginalized.
          2. Promoting the rights of older people and marginalized groups.
          3. The integration of opinion of marginalized people of being in social risk in the frame of the decision taken on the policies and programs.
        8. Education and Public Information
          1. The initiation and the implementation of educational and public information campaigns in social interest areas, such as prevention of
          2. Developing a climate favorable to interethnic relations.
          3. Improving living conditions of urban and rural communities by supporting their efforts in solving the problems which they are facing, the identification and the neutralization of prejudices and oh the various forms of discrimination against gypsies, the improvement of communication between gypsies and the other members of the community.
          4. Initiating and implementing programs of information and educating of the people and training skills.
        9. Social protection
          1. Trafficking, the prevention and combating of drug use, social re-integration of persons recovered after drugs and alcohol use, etc.
          2. The initiation and the implementation of educational and public information campaigns regarding the opportunities available to certain target groups – youngs, entrepreneurs, minorities, persons from risk groups.

Monitoring, individually or in collaboration with other organizations of civil society, of the respect of international treaties concerning the human rights to which Romania is part and of the fundamental principles of human rights to which Romania has subscribed within its international affiliates:

          5. The right to defense and the principle of non-discriminatory access to justice.
          6. The right to life, the right to the protection of health, and the right to a healthy environment.
          7. Individual freedom and the right to the free movement of the individual.

          10. The freedom of expression.
          11. The access to the information held by the public institutions and the protection of the legitimate interests which could be harmed by their publication.

          14. Economical freedom, private property right,s and the right to inheritance.
          15. Monitoring, individually or in collaboration with other organizations of civil society, of the respect of Romanian legislation which applies the principles set out above.
        10. Strengthening the civil society
          1. Improving the institutional and operational capacity of NGOs
          2. Improving access of the NGOs at the resources needed to implement the objectives to respond better to the needs and interests of the community.
          3. Creating intercommunity partnerships in order to improve the relations between NGOs from UE countries.

The association will perform, in accordance with the law, individually or in partnership, any necessary activities to achieve the objectives, including but not limited at: documenting activities, consulting, information, educational and professional assistance, research and market survey, marketing, public relation, advertising, public information companies, fundraising, administration and/or protected areas custody, training and professional formation courses, elaboration for financing documentation, project management and economical activities related to its objectives, any other activities necessary to achieve the purpose provided by the Statute and the constitutive Act, in their limits and the law.
